Installation Charges

When you agree to allow us to install your system, we normally require a deposit of one-third of the installation charge, with the balance due upon completion.

Monitoring

Monitoring charges are billed in advance after the system is installed.  Commercial accounts are normally billed quarterly in advance and residential accounts semi-annually in advance.  Other arrangements can be made if the normal billing cycle is not convenient.

If you choose, you can pay your monitoring charges in advance for one year and save money.

Residential Accounts: Pay for 11 months and receive the 12th month free.

Commercial Accounts: Save 5% on your annual premium.

Service

Repairs to your system are billed after completion on a flat hourly rate plus parts.  Accounts that are not monitored are C.O.D. only.

All Customers

Commercial and Residential accounts are billed at the rate of $90.00 per man hour for the first hour,  and $60.00 for each additional hour, plus parts.

Add-On Installations

The installation of additional equipment is billed at the rate of $90.00 per man hour for the first hour,  and $60.00 for each additional hour, plus parts.
