✅ SMS Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

Wyandotte Alarm Company

Effective Date: April 22, 2026

Thank you for choosing Wyandotte Alarm Company. These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions govern our SMS/text messaging program for customers with active alarm monitoring, service, or billing accounts. By providing your mobile phone number to us, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

We may send you transactional and service-related text messages (SMS) that are directly connected to your existing relationship with Wyandotte Alarm Company. These messages may include:

•  Security system alerts and notifications

•  Service reminders and maintenance updates

•  Billing and payment reminders (including links to Micro Key PayPoint)

•  Account status updates or emergency communications

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately opt in to receive them.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number during account setup, service activation, billing enrollment, or any other interaction with us (including through our website or PayPoint portal), you give your prior express consent to receive the transactional and service-related text messages described above. This consent is consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Michigan law. Consent is not required to purchase or receive our alarm services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and needs. You may receive 0–4 messages per month on average, but this can increase during emergencies or high-activity periods.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. We do not charge you any additional fee for receiving our texts.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed (this may take up to one business day).

Replying HELP will provide you with more information and our contact details.

After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us, but you may still receive important communications through other channels (phone, email, or mail).

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify you of material changes through our usual communication channels or by text where required by law.
